After hearing about a so-called “Park Guell,” I decided it was mandatory that I get more photos from Barcelona. And I think it was a good choice.
Park Guell is one of the most impressive places I’ve been on all my travels. The park was designed by Gaudi and has such a unique style, even the most well-traveled person would be blown away.
In addition to Park Guell, I had to see the Sagrada Familia, which is one of the most famous Cathedrals in the world. And I can see why. It is so incredibly-detailed, so grandiose (I think that’s the first time I’ve ever used that word, but it’s suiting), and WOW – you have to make it a point to see it at some point in your life.
I could only imagine living in Barcelona – this place would definitely be a weekly (if not several times a week) walk for me. Which by the way, is quite a hike up the hill ! It’s all worth it though.
Barcelona, you’ve set the bar pretty high…not sure if the other cities are going to be able to compete, but hey – this is Europe. Can’t tell you how stoked I am to visit everywhere else.
If you have any recommendations on where to go in the following cities, post in the comments below!
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be traveling to:
Madrid (until the 18th)
London (18-21)
Paris (21-23)
Brussels (24-25)
Utrecht/Amsterdam (26-28)
Berlin (28-01)
Prague (01-03)
Saaaaaaaaaan Diego!
