As of my last trip, I recently tried out a cool idea inspired by another photographer (Reilly) that I’ve now since taken on as a necessity in my week. I got a couple chances to hang out with my brother while in Denver – we went to this killer hipster joint called “Sputnik” that introduced me to one of the best combos I’ve ever tasted: French Fries and Sweet Habanero Jam! It’s like going from a PC to a Mac. You can never go back to ketchup…and if you do, you can only think about how much better the other one is. Needless to say, I’ll be back next visit. It’s up there with Enzo’s on Colfax.
(Hipsters really do know the best spots…)
On the way to Sputnik, I took some cool photos of random things in my bro’s place and some of the neighborhood near by. Here are a few of my favorites:

David Manning - Tim, these shots are awesome! Photo walks and photo adventures are clutch for me to keep in my schedule even when things get busy! They remind me of why I shoot photography and keep me inspired. I’m super impressed with these shots Tim! I think the image of the blue cassettes is my favorite! Or maybe the 12th fret on that electric guitar. Again, awesome job Tim, can’t wait to see more!January 8, 2010 – 5:19 pm
