Variety.
While I may shoot some of the same venues time-to-time, I can’t express how much I really value the variety in my work.
Just yesterday I did this shoot for Loew’s Coronado. They’re a pet-friendly hotel that allows dogs to stay at the resort, so they were in need of a photo to help broadcast this feature of the hotel for PR purposes. They actually have a dog-surfing contest each year, which puts to shame my 3 efforts of trying to stand up on a surf board while I’ve been out in San Diego.
While it was a bit out of the ordinary for me, I loved the idea of doing something like this.
