You may remember me mentioning Loews Coronado’s newest chef, Gabriel Gonzales a couple months back.
Well, just recently – the hotel decided to showcase some of his newest items featured on their summer menu, and guess who has 2 thumbs and was there to document the night? Yeah, you guessed it.
The night featured a five course meal of some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. Seriously – I didn’t know food could be so good until I tasted these dishes.
In other news, I’ll be shooting quite a bit of work for the hotel this month, not only their Coronado location – but in Santa Monica as well. I worked together some other connections to carry other shoots while I’m in town for a short 3-day stint, so if you’re around the LA area the 15-17th this month, give me a holler!
