If it were the end of the world

I read a quote the other day that went something like this:

“If you knew that it was the last time you were going to see one of your friends alive, how tightly would you hug them?”

It hit me. Hard.

And it got me to thinking, (with the Mayan prophecy & all) if this were the last year you had to live…how much more would you take advantage of it, knowing that you’ve only got so much time left to really live?

I’m gonna go ahead and say – screw your resolutions, screw all the ‘plans’ you have to improve your life, make good on promises, develop better habits, etc.

Instead, I’ll just say this – start living your life with INTENTION. Live each day to the FULLEST, and “leave it all out on the field.”

Tell your loved ones how much you care, do the things you’re nervous or apprehensive about doing, and experience what you “want” to experience out of live as soon as possible. It’s a crazy feeling, but you’ll really start to feel like you’re ALIVE.

Hope you had a great new years. Looking forward to seeing you all make the most of 2012.
