Tim, i’ve been following you since I saw you on the Creative Live thingy with Jasmine Star. :) Anyway, I really loved reading this post. I totally feel the same way! Life is too short to just sit back and never do anything. I just returned from shooting my first ‘destination’ wedding in Las Vegas. I almost turned it down because I didn’t believe I was good enough and could handle it. But I thought what the heck and took it anyway and had an absolute blast. Life is what you make it. I’m excited to see where your next trip takes you. :)

Your inspiration comes from a distant cousin. Funny how strangers can think and believe the same. I am 29, treading water in the same old town, going no where…(on the Least Coast ha). My dreams have escaped me, but in the end need to speak louder than my actions. Perhaps this will change THIS year.
My camera has been broken, and I want and need to fix it but cannot. My pocket book is empty. I still have my Nikon SLR (film)…wondering if I should bring it back and go with it as it has yet to fail 12 years later. All you have to maintain is a battery and film. I want to thank you for the inspiration. I took a trip cross country to go to Burning Man, and it was definitely a life changing experience. I’m not sure I would have jumped out on the limb and did it if it wasn’t for all the inspiration I received when I was in Denver. But, as you said, I want more!!!! I’m not done traveling.
